1. Service Scope

Trading Clans is a virtual trading simulation game for entertainment and practice. It does not provide real-money trading, brokerage services, gambling services, or investment advice.

2. Virtual Economy

All balances, points, rewards, and progression items are virtual and have no cash value, no redemption value, and no transfer value outside the app.

3. Accounts and Integrity

• Do not exploit, automate, reverse engineer, or abuse gameplay systems.
• Do not attempt to manipulate rankings, events, or settlement behavior.
• We may limit or suspend access for behavior that harms service integrity.

4. Purchases and Ads

Optional in-app purchases may grant virtual cash refills or subscription perks. Optional rewarded ads may grant virtual rewards. Purchases are handled by Apple and subject to Apple's billing terms.

5. Availability and Changes

We may change, suspend, or remove features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to use of the app.
