Trading Clans is a virtual trading game for entertainment and practice. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information We Collect

• Identifiers: user ID, install/device ID, and authentication tokens used to operate accounts and sync progress.
• Gameplay data: trades, positions, balances, duels, events, points, profile stats, follows, and leaderboard activity.
• Diagnostics and usage: app interaction and technical diagnostics needed for reliability and ad delivery.
• Push token: if notifications are enabled, we store your APNs token and device routing info.
• Purchase and subscription data: App Store transaction identifiers and entitlement state for virtual items/perks.
• Approximate location: inferred from network metadata (for security/fraud controls and service operations).

How We Use Information

• Provide core gameplay and social systems (trading modes, profiles, events, duels, rankings).
• Protect game integrity and reduce abuse/cheating.
• Deliver optional notifications such as activity updates and rewards.
• Process virtual refill purchases and subscription entitlement checks.
• Maintain, debug, and improve app quality and backend performance.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share limited data only with providers required to operate the service, including Apple (payments and push) and advertising providers when ads are used.

Retention

We keep data for as long as needed to operate the service, protect integrity, and comply with legal obligations. Deleting the app stops new data generation from your device, but service records may remain on backend systems.

Your Choices

• Disable notifications in iOS settings.
• Do not use ad rewards or in-app purchases if you prefer not to share related transaction/ad data.
• Contact support for data-related requests.

Children

Trading Clans is not designed to facilitate real-money gambling or financial transactions. All in-game values are virtual.
